Welcome to the seventh week of school. I hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving and got some rest. We are almost half way into semester and you guys successfully made it to here! I believe you guys can make another half as well. If you would like to add some extra fun activities throughout those times, here they are!!!

1) HackEd Beta Ticket sales

WHAT: HackEd Beta Ticket sales are starting on Thursday!!! Beta is our intro event for people who are new to hackathons! A ticket to the hackathon is only $5 and we'll even be sending all our Edmonton participants some promotional swag! Keep your eyes on Thursday and you will be able to pick up your tickets while they last.

2) NeuroNexus Design Competition

WHAT: Neuro Nexus is a hackathon program designed to spark collaboration across disciplines and tackle complex challenges in brain science and mental health. The program connects experts in frontline, clinical, and academic practice with motivated, talented students to develop technological solutions
over a fast-paced 6 week competition. This year, Neuro Nexus will facilitate 40+ projects across the province in their largest competition yet.

3) TELUS In Their Shoes – Women* in STEM Speed-mentoring Event
